Effect on the Asahi Kasei's Synthetic Rubber Business of the Tohoku-Kanto Earthquake (March, 2011)

• Asahi Kasei Chemicals would like to express its deepest sympathy to all those affected by the earthquake which occured on March 11, 2011, in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of the Tohoku Region of Japan.

• Asahi Kasei Chemicals Corporation will begin to supply its S.O.E.™ trial grade L611 as a commercial grade
